1．    Effectively be responsibility for China CRM Cycle Operation and HCP retargeting, familiar with CRM related business processes and guidelines, seeking potential improvements to optimize the system.

2．    Responsible for targeting customer segmentation, utilize the available internal data sources to provide strategic insights to assist business planning. Provide high quality data/information to support business decision making.

3．    Evaluate the CRM system function and data quality by monitory reports and communication with users. Find out the system issues and business risks. Together with local and global IT team, follow up issue solving.

4．    Responsible for Master data validation and speaker management via Veeva open data management, standardize the Data management Process and prioritize work plan for implementation, Field user Usage analysis and improvement.

5．    Provide customized CRM relevant report as well as insightful data analysis and interpretations with Digital Call Metrics on message delivery by customer type.

6．    Drive CRM system define business requirements and develop specifications of functionalities for new product launch & business planning.

7．    Develops and established the sales follow up strategies and policies to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the organization’s sales effort.

8．    Coaching sales team how to use CRM system and good communication with sales filed force.

9．    Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager conduct business in full compliance to behavior in business competition.
