岗位职责：

       1、熟悉和掌握各种面点的基本制作技术，要求色、香、味、形符合质量标准。 

       2、根据不同时期公司需求情况，按照操作规程、质量标准制作各式面点。 

       3、负责保养所用厨具、设备、使其处于良好的工作状态。 

       4、负责工作区域的清洁卫生，保持厨具、设备清洁、 光亮。 

       5、努力学习，不断提升面点制作技术及创新。

       6、完成上级安排的其他工作。   

任职条件：

       1、初中及以上学历，有一定的文化水平。 

       2、身体健康，无传染病及传染病史。 

       3、具有良好的道德素质和职业素养；热爱本职工作，全心全意为客人服务。 

       4、熟练掌握营养搭配学、色彩学等相关知识，了解面点（西点）文化和相关民俗知识。

       5、具有勇于创造、大胆革新的精神；具有吃苦耐劳的工作精神。   

工作时间：

       综合工作制，周均工作时间40小时。
