·          Leading, managing coaching and coordinating the Biotech PASS Engineering support group as a fully integral part of the Engineering organization.  

·         Responsible for manufacturing activities for various technologies supported by Biotech PASS (including different technologies such as direct flow filtration, tangential flow filtration, chromatography etc.) used in the downstream process.  

·         Take full engineering ownership of large scale and complex projects and support Group leaders and Project managers from the initial enquiry phase until final sign-off the project for large size projects which may include multiple different teams. To lead complete engineering team to achieve the goal of delivering complete Solution to the customer 

·         As Engineering lead, discuss, propose and define engineering solution with the PE/PM team from quotation stage and provide associated costing. After Order placement execute the proposed engineered system solution based on agreed and defined contractual specification together with a defined project team as project manager, process engineer. Make sure the project is delivered in accordance to specification, on time and within budget.  

·         Ability to share the working experience and expertise with other team members and act as technical expert/coach within the team to develop the organisation by coaching various engineering teams on their daily work and on critical technical questions which require specific knowledge and experience in this field.
