职位描述：
1、根据工程进度，收集工程资料，绘制竣工图、随工程进度出具监理资料；
2、按照工程节点组织完成竣工图绘制工作；
3、工程完工后项目的资料整理存档；
4、完成信息化系统中的施工任务。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，1年以上工作经验；
2、熟悉北京地区行业图纸绘制规范；
3、熟悉北京地区建筑行业监理资料、工程资料归档组卷规范；
4、能够熟练使用制图软件进行图纸绘制；
5、能够熟练使用word、excel等办公软件进行日常办公。
