岗位职责：
职责一：理解配网业务诉求和痛点，集成集团人力资源专长，组织制定配网事业部的HR解决方案，将业务需求和HR解决方案连接，并实施落地。
职责二： 有效管理员工关系，提升员工敬业程度；合法用工，营造和谐的商业环境；强化配网事业部公司价值观的传承。
职责三： 合理规划HR重点工作，有效运作配网事业部管理团队，提升人力资源工作质量与效率。
职责四：负责配网事业部员工招聘工作。
职责五：负责内部选拔和人才储备工作。
职责六：其他或临时交办工作。
岗位要求：
1、***学历统招本科；
2、五年以上相关经验，稳定性好；
3、擅长招聘模块，对员工关系、绩效模块有一定了解；
4、英语是加分项。
