协助中国区活禽总监通过不断优化的活禽生产及运营的管理及领导模式实现设定的组织目标。

主要职责:

1. 完成邮件翻译及会晤翻译，协助中国区活禽总监与活禽团队内部成员之间以及其他部门之间的沟通与协调。

2. 协助中国区活禽总监撰写定期工作报告，根据集团业务目标及规划，通过多种方式（数据表、演示文案等）编写部门业务发展规划及报告。

3. 协助中国区活禽总监跟进工程进度、团队内部任务及指令的完成情况，并收集团队成员的反馈，向中国区活禽总监汇报。

4. 参与中国区各部门政策、制度、规范和流程的制定及标准化、统一化，并跟进执行情况。

5. 支持中国区活禽团队编制部门财年预算，季度预算审计及调整以实现部门预算的优化管理，并在日常工作中对部门费用及成本进行跟踪和控制。

6. 支持中国区活禽团队的建设工作，包括工程、饲料厂、营养、兽医及实验室服务、技术支持等部门，以更高效地为各集群的活禽生产和运营提供服务和支持。

7. 协助中国区活禽总监安排、组织访客接待、团队会议及培训等相关事宜。

8. 管理中国区活禽总监的日程安排，与行政部门协调处理商务出差的相关安排。

9. 完成公司和上级交办的其他事项。

任职要求:

学历要求： 英语/西班牙语/动物科技/工商管理等相关专业，本科及以上

工作经验: 3年及以上

语言: 普通话、英语, 会西班牙语优先

其他技能要求: 电脑熟练、最好会驾驶

Assist TCN Live Production Director to fulfill the organization targets through optimized management and leadership in live production and operation.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Assist TCN Live Production Director in the daily communication and coordination with live production teams and other departments through translation and interpretation.


2. Assist TCN Live Production Director to write periodical report for higher management meeting and create and compose department business plan and report through multiple methods (including excel, presentation and etc) according to corporate business objectives and schemes.


3. Assist TCN Live Production Director to closely follow up project progress and fulfillment of tasks and instructions delegated to each internal team and collect feedback from team members for TCN Live Production Director.


4. Participate in the formulation and standardization of management policies, regulations, rules and procedures across China and follow up the execution.


5. Support TCN Live Production Teams to manage department budget through annual budget compilation, quarterly budget audition and adjustment, and control expense and track cost routinely.


6. Support TCN Live Production Director in team building for across China function departments including project, feed mill, nutritionist, Vets & Lab service, technique support and etc to better facilitate live operation in each complex with high efficiency and effectiveness.


7. Assist TCN Live Production Director to arrange outside visitors, internal meetings/conference and trainings.


8. Manage agenda/schedule for TCN Live Production Director and coordinate with Admin for business trip arrangement.


9. Fulfill any other task designated or assigned by Company or higher management.
