Position: Project Manager
Reports To: Division Head
Location: Suzhou



RESPONSIBILITIES:

? In charge of EC & DC new product development projects.
? Interface and communication between portfolio and internal function in all phases of project development (from idea phase to market launch).
? Manage project gross margin actual vs. planning in order not to exceed target values set at planning phase.
? Responsible for project quality planning, establishing and maintaining timing, determining feasibility and assessing risk, documenting and resolving all concerns of schedule.
? Provide leadership for all core team and support team functions.
? Facilitate team communication internally and externally to run project smoothly.



REQUIREMENTS:

? Bachelor degree or above. Major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
? At least 5 years of working experience and be familiar with new product development process and have leading project experience independently.
? Team work sprit and good communication & coordination skills.
? Be able to work under pressure.
? Good negotiation and motivational skills.
? Good risk management skills.
? Fluent English in both written and spoken.
