Provide solutions about how to leverage Opentext products to manage customer information and content. Understand customer requirements and convert them into technical solution. Present and demo Opentext solutions to customer. Conduct architecture workshop.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Present and demo Opentext ECM solutions to customers
• Analyse requirements and provide Opentext ECM solutions to customers
• Integrate Opentext ECM products with customer systems
• Design and develop utilities for customer projects

· Work well with customers, global service team, engineering team, and product support team

Required experience and skills:

• Bachelor or above degree in computer science or relevant major
• Solution architect experience with SAP product is a must
• Solution architect experience in Opentext ECM is a good plus
• Programming background, and experienced in Java programming
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Good logical thinking and problem-solve skill
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Ability to travel as required domestically or abroad
• Does whatever is necessary to keep knowledge and skills current in a rapidly changing environment.
