Requirements:

• University Bachelor with a minimum of3 years' working experience.
• 3 years in construction and project management, working experience in leading General Contractor company, EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) or PM (Project Management) Companyor QS Company preferred.
• Good knowledge and experience of project budgeting, procurement, cost management and control or
• Good knowledge and experience of project overall management and controls in project lifecycle, procurement and cost management.
• Qualified Quantity Surveyor (QS) or project management professional is an advantage.
• Good communication skills with clients
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
