职位描述

  • Builds relationships with the McD processors, along with top-to-top relationships, to identify opportunities to serve the customer, create value and secure new business.

  • Develops and executes strategies to grow sales in China by identifying promising opportunities for new business through the processors’ channel to McD and leading initiatives to secure it.

  • Selects key processors to partner with in serving McD!, defines the desired relationship according to the nature of the supplier and builds strong collaborative relationships to support business growth and innovation at McD.

  • Defines, builds and leads the internal support team to serve the customer by identifying and deploying the sales, technical and marketing resources required for effective delivery of projects.

  • Partners with processors to present promising project opportunities to McD.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree or above

2. More than 8 years relative working experience

3. Familiar with commercial methodology and tools

4. Previous experience or involvement with poultry processors, ideally including support of McD business.

5. Price setting and margin management

6. Develops and implements new and unique solutions to improve products and processes and create competitive advantage.

7. Experienced in communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly

8. Understand customer needs and build strategic customer relationship

9. Possesses a basic understanding of relevant scientific knowledge (Food Science, Packaging, Sensory, Nutrition, Regulatory, Quality/Micro)
