岗位职责：

1. 充分领会设计师的方案设计，按时、按质、高效完成符合设计要求的方案效果图；

2. 收集整理3D设计素材并灵活运用；

3. 学习最新应用软件，不断提高专业技能；

4. 熟悉装饰材料工艺；

5. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历，建筑设计、室内设计或环境艺术等相关专业；

2. 3年以上效果图绘制经验，能够独立完成电脑效果图制作的全部过程（含：建模渲染后期）；

3. 具有良好的空间感与色彩感，和设计师有良好的方案沟通和深化能力，能够掌握理解设计图纸的内容和效果要求；

4. 熟练运用3DMax、Photoshop、AutoCAD、SketchUp、Office等软件和网络、办公设备的操作；

5. 有较强的责任心，良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力，理解能力强，可承受一定强度的工作压力；

6. 英语良好者优先。
