Responsiblilities：

 1)Lead team to prepare marketing and promotion activity plan in all region channels, monitor the implementation progress and accountable for the final results      

2)Lead SR team to improve store customer service level to enhance brand exposure in responsible region, ensure high back to store rate,  improve more new user conversion

3)Lead PCE team to manage regional consumer engagement program, design efficient planning in consumer education and ensure implementation

4)Align with company sales strategy, ensure full excision in cities/areas among the region

5)To monitor and control all related expenses within/in line with budget       

6)Monitor data resources to internal system, ensure the accurate and timely data input and provide relevant analysis, and track the effectiveness and efficiency of field reports   

 

Requirments：

1) 10 years+ customer development experience in FMCG industry, Infant Nutrition industry experience would be a plus.

2) Proven experience in regional customer development management and business development

3) Equipped with excellent strategic thinking ability with big picture orientation as well as attention to detail                    

4) Excellent system management skills 

5) Strong analytical and problem solving skill

6) Possess excellent presentation and communication skills

7) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and the ability to multi-task
