(Senior) Algorithm Engineer
Opening: Shanghai/Nanjing


Justification:
In order to develop and support the next generation of wireless communication (TD-SCDMA/GSM/WCDMA/ LTE) baseband chips, we are eager to hire 3 (senior) system algorithm engineers who are familiar with TDSCDMA/GSM/WCDMA/LTE systems.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering is required with major in communication or signal processing
- Enthusiasm for algorithm design, open-minded, dedicated and easy-going
- Solid theory and mathematical foundation, strong Digital Signal Processing knowledge in the area of digital communication, esp., wireless communication
- More than 2 years work experience in signal processing or the communication field are necessary
- Strong background and experience in TD-SCDMA/GSM/WCDMA/LTE/WiMax/CMMB is much preferred.
- Proficiency in one of the following areas is preferred, e.g., OFDM, MIMO, equalizer, channel coding, signal/spectrum estimation, timing/frequency synchronization, control loop tracking and adaptive filter.
- Excellent programming skill is really good plus
- Experience in DSP firmware coding or ASIC design is a plus
- Good written and oral English skills
