• Analyze financial reports and information and documents submitted by prospective clients to determine solution response strategy.
• Coordinate activities and documentation necessary to respond to, including schedules and responses and estimates from third party vendors.
• Provide in-depth assistance to customers and sales executives during pre-sales discussions.
• Perform product demos and demonstrates product functionality.
• Respond to questions from the potential customers.
• Analyze and evaluates customers current uses to adapt product functionality to client’s needs.
• Maintain and continually upgrades understanding of products functionality.
• Assist prospects in resolving application/business problems.
• Participate in or manages internal projects, such as user conference workshops, inter-departmental communications, product support systems, etc.
• Conduct partner training classes, expanding partner’s product understanding.
• Respond to client’s questions and concerns.
• Provide application support and consulting support to companies in the pre or post sales process.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, engineering or computer science.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in MFG/PRO or any ERP.
• Has business knowldege on any of the following industry : Automotive, Food and Beverage,  Consumer Products, Medical, Electorinics and Industrial.
• Professional appearance and presentation required. 
• Must be a team player. 
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

In 1979, QAD was founded by Pamela Lopker, who was later joined by her husband Karl Lopker, as a small startup solution to address a large gap in complete, integrated business software for manufacturing companies.

We began with a few local customers, supporting them from our headquarters in Santa Barbara, California. But as our customers took their brands to the next level—international—we adapted quickly to keep up. Today we support customers in over 100 countries around the world.
