Job Description
a) Analyze and design system, prepare development plan, ensure the on-schedule and high quality of project;
b) Write core codes of the system;
c) Coach other developers to help them achieve fast development;
d) Maintain and update existing system, and identify and repair system defects in a quick manner.

Job Requirement
a) Bachelor degree or above, with 4+ years of experience in J2EE project development and design;
b) Proficient in Struts, Spring, Hibernate and other technical frames;
c) Familiar with Web application development and technologies such as HTML, Javascript, Ajax,
d) Familiar with Oracle, DB2 and other large databases, with strong design capability;
e) Proficient in object-oriented analysis and design, including design pattern, UML modeling, etc.;
f) Good communication, teamwork and innovation capabilities;
g) Experience in design of large-scale software project or e-commerce a plus.
