职位描述
本岗位属于市场营销部，你将可以独当一面地带领各个品牌项目，具体工作职责如下：
1、根据公司战略目标，制定年度品牌策略方案和费用预算并进行分解，并在实施中不断完善和优化；
2、组织并策划制定市场活动方案、流程、制度、政策，提供品牌市场活动高效的沟通和执行平台；
3、组织收集市场、消费者及竞争对手的信息并加以分析，帮助公司及市场部门进行战略决策；
4、组织汇总和分析业务部门对品牌，产品推广、终端促销方面的需求，制定年度和月度渠道营销计划，并组织按月推进，以确保品牌传播活动有序开展；
5、组织安排市场物料的设计、制作，确保品牌形象统一和资源的及时合理利用；
6、根据年度品牌策略方案和预算，制订各类线上，线下活动的具体执行计划，并敦促有效执行，提升品牌曝光率和知名度；
7、指导、考核下属员工的工作，加强下属员工培训和团队建设，提升下属员工的专业度与敬业度；
8、配合其他部门开展相关业务。
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上，市场营销类专业；
2、十年以上快消、零售行业相关工作岗位经验，三年以上团队管理经验；
3、全面掌握英语听说读写能力，并能熟练运用英语作为工作语言；
4、能熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等办公操作软件；
5、适应国内外出差要求。
