Responsibilities:

• Manage, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various online external and internal channels with the aim of raising new customer amounts and lift E-commerce Revenue.
• Measure, track and report performance metrics of all digital campaigns and channels against ROI and KPI goals.
• Explore new digital channels/platforms to maximize marketing impact;
• Oversee all digital channels & content to make sure we deliver compelling customer experience to target audience;
• Managing the content and live stream of campaign page
• Help E-commerce Growth program in driving an excellent customer experience, engagement, new customers and sales, work with the internal and external teams to continuously improve the campaign results;

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Bachelor degree minimum, prefer in Marketing, Biology, Advertising, etc.

·         At least 2 years digital marketing experience

·         Good communication and coordination skills

·         Self-driven, collaborative, creative, and energetic

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management experience/Growth Hacking related experience in internet company (preferably new user acquisition and activation).
• Good background in data analysis and tools;

• 至少2年以上相关经验。

  新用户增长，会利用内部or外部线上渠道，如wechat ,SDM 宣传产品，会有一部分data tracking的工作。
