Job Expectations

Merchandising

· Identify specific seasonal needs with opportunities and priorities

· OTB alignment with MP

· Indentify store grid based on sales & store profile study

· Identify assortment plan for different store layer & buying

· Mkt visits, study competitor, trend & consumer

· Define product launch plan & pricing

Allocation

· Assortment plan to allocation plan

· Allocation & in season store stock management

· Promotion & discount

Other

· Business handling, proactively drive business from Merchandising perspective, work closely with retail team & align actions needed

· Work closely with VM/Training/Mkt team for retail product plan & highlights

QUALIFICATIONS

+7 years experience in buying/merchandising function

Logical thinking

Multi-task & prioritizing

Open minded & Team work

Result Oriented

Passion for fashion
