Job Description

？？ Achieve the rollout goal by proactively approaching target customer group (infrastructure providers) to introduce AVP technology/business

？？ Develop the business model for AVP business in China

？？ Negotiate with Infrastructure providers for infrastructure investment financing model

？？ Responsible for all the commercial related tasks, e.g. billing, receivable, PCR, pricing, etc.

？？ Develop the radical approach of AVP development @ CN market

？？ Develop the partnership with important stakeholders.

？？ Develop the eco-system for AVP business in China

？？ Frequently visit customers to understand their requirements and work with TPM to push the definition of final solution for customers.

？？ Lead and accelerate the contracting with partners (e.g. parking garage providers)

Qualifications

？？ Good team player and can retain a mutual-respect work relationship with others.

？？ Pro-activeness, positive, constructive and supportive attitude.

？？ Willing to travel and work on client site.

？？ Engineering background is preferred.

？？ Good written / verbal communication and presentation skills to discuss issues / solutions with team and external customer

？？ Customer oriented mindset

？？ Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, MS Project, etc.)

？？ Good English skills verbal / written (additional languages a plus)

？？ Ability to structure, moderate, promote collaboration with international teams, negotiate with customer, support global organization, and have good understanding with working in global multicultural projects.

？？ Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, innovative thinking.

？？ Capable to work independently in an organized and structured fashion with strong analytical skills that supports a systematic approach to problem resolution and strong communication skills to discuss issues/challenges with global development teams and external customers.

？？ Experience with real estate industry, parking industry, is preferred.
