Job Description

？？ Serve as Solution Architect and/or PM in automated valet parking operation projects, responsible for project planning, product/services roadmap defining and solution architecture design.

？？ Support business development in Automated Valet Parking, presenting Bosch AVP technology to clients.

？？ Work with partners to define the end-to-end UX solution of AVP which includes both parts in parking garage and vehicle.

？？ Responsible for AVP operation concept with local market insights of china, such as insurance market and call center service.

？？ Exploring for future value-added service in parking garage, such as car wash, charging automation, and analyze how will they impact today's and corresponding ecosystem.

？？ Support engineering and client in designing and adapting AVP backend interface with different terminals, such as garage management system, xOEM vehicle cloud backend and mobility service applications. Keep monitoring and optimizing solution using iterative method.

？？ Design the technical solution based on client’s (parking garage) specific requirements, and plan the effort, resource and milestones for the project.

？？ Communicating with project stakeholders, and resolve any impediment of the team.

？？ Adapts existing mobility methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.

？？ Uses considerable judgment to determine relevant operation solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.

？？ Understands the strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals.

？Driven to excel in a fast-paced, client-facing attitude in which it is essential to keep up to date with the rapidly developing trends in market.

Qualifications

？？ 5+ years working experience, and experiences in operational business and service platform.

？？ Expert level knowledge of operation relevant to define AVP service concept.

？？ Expert in Agile software development methodology, Service Oriented Architect design.

？？ Experience with systems modelling and systems integration across multiple organizations.

？Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

？？ Good team player and can retain a mutual-respect work relationship with others.

？？ Pro-activeness, positive, constructive and supportive attitude.

？？ Willing to travel and work on client site
