Duties/Responsibilities:              

·        To analyze data and find out potential issue

·        Troubleshooting and Master Data setting.

·        Under general supervision, places SAP purchaserequisition orders for services required in the repair and maintenance ofequipment from established vendors.

·        Works on tasks and instructions associated with processesand/or equipment to be used for sequence of operations to meet needs forfinished goods.

·        Revises and reschedules orders to meet productionrequirement. Supplies drawings and work instructions to vendors for the repairand maintenance of equipment.

·        Maintains permanent records of equipment.

·        Responsible for expediting vendor production andscheduling to achieve production goals and conformance with delivery datecommitments.

·        Assists in coordination of schedules with other departmentsfor lead-time required to avoid costly delays.

·        Expedites daily requirements.

·        Acts as liaison with other departments andvendors to resolve day to day outside processing requirements.

·        Coordinates the outside processing activitieswithin operations to ensure maximum throughput and quality.

·        May assist with additional operations functions asneeded.

·        May lead others within the department.

·        Responsible for updating and filing SAP workorders. Maintain records of scrapped tools. Handles special projects, asassigned

Skills/Knowledge:          

·        Good written and verbal communication skills.

·        Basic computer skills.

·        Experience in dealing with Material Managementand Product Planning tool.

·        Requires experience in SAP, specifically theRemanufacturing process.

·        Requires a general understanding of drawings.

Education/Experience/Training

·        Bachelor's Degree
