职位描述
1. Act as dedicated control partner to lead the incident investigation and perform post-mortem review with remediation action follow-up;
2. Ensure fully roll out of operational risk management framework in China,
? a.Developing and establishing the related policies, procedures and standards in SG China;
? b.Defining the permanent supervision controls and risk indicators;
? c.Responsible for rolling out and coordination of ORM program in China;
3. Challenge and assess current process, spot out weak areas and present the remedial plans to managements
? a.Actively support SG China to monitor operating anomalies in coordination with regional/group and business lines. This will include escalation and following up of anomalies;
? b.Assess the evaluation of criticality and to ensure security reviews are professionally managed, in accordance with existing standard and governance;
? c.Provide expertise support on incidents investigation and corrective/preventive actions.
4. Enhancing the staff risk awareness and responsibility sense overall
? a.Active sharing and training of staff on risk related topics;
? b.Coordinate the training initialed from regional/group
5. Update local outsourcing management governance according to group guideline, and coordinate regular OS risk assessment & monitoring;
6. Establish local regulatory reporting supervision governance and monitor reporting quality in accordance with regulator demands;
7. Provide timely updates and KRI/ORE/GPS reports to local and regional management
8. Support the operational risk global tools/projects rolling out in SG China and ensure the quality of project deliverables;
9. Maintain sound operational risk management risk culture mindset in SG China through different approach, training, posters, communication letters etc.
10. Back up team members as and when needed (BCP, ORM trainings, DLP, etc.)
Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Risk & Control management or audit experience is preferred.
3. + 5 years sound working experience in Op-risk management, Compliance & Regulatory watches, Internal Controls & Audit, Transversal process management related field within the financial industry or MNC.
4. Risk management oriented
5. Good communication and time management skills
6. Good organizational skill
7. Self-starter
8. Quick learner & proactive team work player
9. Familiar with regulations issued by regulators on banking industry
10. English: fluency is a must
11. Chinese: fluent Mandarin speaking and Chinese writing skill is a must
12. Others: French or Cantonese comprehension is of advantage
13. Good PC skills
14. Proficient with Microsoft office tools
15. CRISC, BCMI are preferred, not required.
