Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Job Summary:The successful candidate will be a member of EY Greater China Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Team to support the delivery of Greater China business objectives. He/she should have a strong understanding of working in a global organization and be able to build strong collaborative relationships with business leaders and other BMC professionals in Asia Pacific and the global organization. Prior experience in working in professional services industry is highly advantageous.Reporting to the Director of EY Greater China BMC team, the ideal candidate will possess the right people and motivational skills to lead EY Greater China Program Management team in China North/ South to achieve overall branding and marketing objectives. He/she will be a data-driven marketer with experience in masterfully managing marketing budgets, optimizing campaign performance, and enhancing/discovering new strategies to effectively reach the target segments. Experience in world class B2B event marketing is a plus as well as the ability to inspire others to deliver more efficiently and creatively.Responsibilities:- To proactively promote EY’s professional image and brand awareness through effective marketing programs- To plan and organize a wide range of marketing programs and initiatives, including client events, regional conferences, road shows, seminars, internal & external communications and hospitality events for all business service lines- To drive integrated branding exercises by streamlining offline and online resources- To liaise and manage vendors and production house so as to ensure quality deliverables- Work closely with other BMC members on shared areas of responsibility and to execute on branding and stakeholder relationship strategy and plan- Work closely with other BMC members on duties and projects as assignedRequirements:- Minimum of 8 years of Marketing, Communication, PR, Event, advertising field (agency or in-house) or related disciplines. Experience from multinational corporations, preferably professional service organizations or marketing agencies, will be an advantage- Hands-on experience in events organization and integrated corporate branding projects- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to communicate with senior leaders and to build relationship with various stakeholders- With a can-do attitude as well as leadership skills to drive effective teamwork- Capable to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines- Creative thinking and responsive to change- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin (for China North candidate);- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. Cantonese would be an advantage (for China South candidate);- Given the nature of the role, candidates must have a willingness to work outside office hours and be ready for business travel if and when required- Immediate availability would be highly preferred additional requirement for China South candidates- Experience on media liaison including the planning and delivery of media & PR eventsCandidates with less experience will be considered as Manager - Program Management
