职位描述

Channel Partner - Support and partner the business on strategic channel issues - Responsible for the annual channel planning cycle - Review and validate channel deployment business cases to enable the business team to get closer to the customer 30% Channel Structure Management - Manage the distributor hierarchy for your respective franchise - Responsible for annual distributor contract renewals - Manage distributor changes (new, renew and terminations) within our DRM - Annual systems and structure set up 25% Channel Analytics - Conduct monthly distributor reviews with the business - Understand the variances by working with the Channel Managers - Manages the annual rebate calculation - Improvement IMS/IMI timeliness and accuracy - Work with Validation Specialist and the business to improve the accuracy of - Review franchise and distributor related analytics e.g. In Market Sales (IMS), In Market Inventory (IMI) and performance to target - Responsible for the in market data that is being submitted into our systems 25% Others - Communication and engage with key regional big distributors - Participate in the annual IMI count - Support any Channel Management related projects 20%

REQUIREMENTS

Experience 8 years + Technical requirements Solid commercial / channel management experience in Device (preferred) or Pharmaceutical industry, understands the market, able to work well with different types of customers and handle urgent projects quickly. Familiar with distributor operations, possess a strong analytical sense and understand the distributor life cycle Related experience in channel analytics and back office channel management will be a plus. Competencies Ethics and integrity, self-motivated, strong communication and interpersonal skill, proactive thinking, objective and practical working attitude. Able to travel and work under pressure, team player, quick learner, MS office
