Title WMS Manager

Location: Wuqing, Tianjing

Responsibilities

1. Manage and control the WMS system to ensure operation running normally;
2. Team work with WMS project team and related business departments to implement and improve the WMS system effectively;
3. To track the system issues and their causes, troubleshoot the common problems ;(e.g. manual operation, reorganizations etc.);                  
4. In contact with onsite technicians or hotline technical staffs, to describe the system issues accurately;   
5. Account for the training of internal system users or operators;
6. Maintenance of warehouse data and correct wrong stock data; 

Qualification

1. 5 years working experience in WMS system implementation or operation;                                                                                                            
2. Familiar with computer hardware, Windows/UNIX/Linux system application, and SQL language and main database( SQL SERVER/ORACLE/DB2, etc);
3. Good at cross-function communication;
4. Bachelor degree or above;                                                                                   
5. Good written and oral English;
