Title: Retail Operation Support Senior Executive

Major Responsibilities:  

• Provide timely accurate sales data and special analysis for retail team.
• Implement and develop sales planning and forecast tool to support retail team in achieving the sales revenue target.  
• To assist, coordinate, and ensure daily operations in stores:

- Retail operations: Finance, administration and processing (including support in central procurement regarding

store stationary, security service, etc.)

- Store SOP documentation and maintenance and administrative support and commission processing

- Retail budget tracking, expense control management and ad hoc reports support

- Store e-information platform and automation

• Support new retail data analysis and operate the i- store operation.
• Work closely with region to compliant with auditing actions and process follow up.
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support when necessary.

Experience： 

• Minimum Relevant Experience: 3-5 years with relevant experience
• Minimum Academic Requirement: University degree or above.
