Responsibilities: (Please specify % amount against each responsibility)

• 计划和执行当地销售策略和活动，完成当年既定目标。

• 建设及维护大客户（中山大学肿瘤医院、广东省人民医院等），以及当地HCP。

• 建立地区销售网络，开发并管理代理商, 领导成员完成代理商的培训。

• 控制及执行地区费用，有效地使用费用使其效益***化，以投资回报率为导向。

• 配合市场策略执行和安排市场活动 。

• 领导团队配合招标部门完成地区招标，物价申报

• 执行公司下达的政策和任务，定期缴交各项报表。

  Location: 广州

  Education: 本科及以上学历

  Licenses/ Certifications: 无特殊要求

  Experience: 2年以上团队管理经验。

  Competences:

  医疗器械低值耗材销售管理经验。

  成熟度高，具备团队管理、大客户把控、市场开拓及经销商管理能力。

  勤奋、踏实、有责任心。

  道德正直，能严格遵守公司各项规章制度以及合规要求。
