职位描述

Channel Lifecycle Management - Manage all distributors within their territory for all SNN business. - Onboard new distributors such as facilitate TSA sign off, training and system access set up - Manage the annual renewal contracts - Troubleshoot and manage channel related issues e.g. IMS & IMI data flow variances, distributor disputes, etc.. - Ensure distributors are aware of their responsibilities to comply with SNN policies on Compliance, Supply Chain and Quality - Facilitate distributor termination process for inventory and instruments handover and financial (AR/rebate) settlement if any - Provide weekly distributor visitation report 40% Channel Development - Responsible for distributor recruitment - Assess distributor capability to be part of the SNN network 20% Channel Performance Appraisal Partner with Channel Franchise Administrators to manage distributors performance: a. Performance to target b. In Market Sales performance (Hospital and coverage) c. In Market Inventory levels d. Instruments, if any e. Data quality 30% Others Support any Channel Management related projects 10%

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Experience 8-10 years + Technical requirements Solid commercial / channel management experience (or sales) in Device (preferred) or Pharmaceutical industry, possess a deep understanding  of the market and its potential, able to identify opportunities and challenges, work well with different types of customers and handle urgent projects quickly. Be familiar with the operations with distributors, understand key points of distributor life cycle management, channel compliance and is able to handle disputes. The channel development/ sales experience will be a plus. Competencies Ethics and integrity, self-motivated, strong communication and interpersonal skill, proactive thinking, objective and practical working attitude. Able to travel and work under pressure, team player, quick learner, MS office
