? Ensure full compliance and enforcement of all Safety, GMP, Regulatory, Product Quality, Company Policies, Government and Environmental requirements and laws.
? Embody, support, deploy and enforce the company Vision, Mission, Purpose and Success Factors.
? Responsible for establishing and executing Suzhou Plant Manufacturing Strategy.
? Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming product condition.
? Responsible for the facilities safety and efficient machine operations.
? Lead, coordinate and undertake the implementation of the continuous improvement and elimination of waste journey for Suzhou Plant.
? Ensures that Manufacturing Unit establishes effective plans and strategies meet goals in the areas of Quality, Delivery, Cost and People. Responsible for the periodic monitoring and feedback for such plans.
? Will establish effective manufacturing systems to support operations, with measurable ways to monitor performance.
? Will establish effective employee training programs to ensure compliance with written procedures and within ISO, FDA and regulatory requirements.
? Responsible and accountable for actions promoting an environment that fosters personal growth and development.
? Focuses on customer satisfaction through teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
? Support the product transfer projects. Ensure the products are validated and meet expected quality requirements.
? Plan, develop and implement Asian Supply Chain Development (ASCD)strategy.
? Leads, coordinates and manage the ASCD team and activities in accordance to the applicable local and divisional procedures.
