职位描述
Job Description:
-Set up yearly marketing and sales strategy & targets to increase card clothing sales and profits in Nonwoven segments in China market.
-Working closely with local and global sales & marketing team to prepare long range and short range sales and marketing plans and expenses budgets.
-Monitor performance and take appropriate action to achieve the goal.
-Organize and manage sales, marketing, business development and customer service activities to ensure China operation within expense budget.
-Collect the market information of the card clothing Nonwoven activity in China.
-Take appropriate action to respond to both domestic and international competitors.
-Take appropriate actions to seize the new sales growth opportunity.
-Interact with outside to find potential customers in Nonwoven market segments.
-Build good relationship with customers.
-Achieve the sales targets.
-Manage account receivables & overdue.
-Communicate with customer in term of sales administration such as general information, order administration, shipping, credits & payment collections.
-Help customer to solve technical problems and quality complains.
-Collect the customer feedback to production and technical team in order to improve the product performance.
-Help preparing business plan for the new projects in China.
-Manage and motivate the team.
Job Requirement:
-Job Holder needs to have a bachelor degree in engineering (preferably in textile) or business management with an emphasis in sales & marketing.
-3-5 years experience in a sales & marketing position, preferably with some experience in the textile engineering sales of consumable parts to the spinning or Nonwoven sectors.
-Background in international business management knowledge of general sales and marketing principles, business development and planning principles, international customer and supplier relationship management, general business law and contracts, and international trade practice and regulations.
-Excellent communication and people skills, including intercultural communication skills as well as relationship sales experience.
-General knowledge of computer systems and PC proficiency. Experience with word processing (eg. word), spreadsheet (eg. excel), presentation and email application required. Data base software experience a plus.
