Key Responsibilities
？ Develop and deliver electronics/electrical systems of pedestrian door solutions to meet market needs, applicable regulatory and industry standards
？ Provide project technology leadership in terms of hands-on electronics/electrical design during new product developments, continue engineering and value engineering
？ Report pertinent information regularly on team or project status through clear spoken and written communications
？ Provide leadership/mentoring to junior electronics design engineers

Key Accountabilities
？ Produce accurate electronics design data including, but not limited to, specifications, manuals, assembly instructions, illustrations, costings, schematics, bills of materials, source codes, test procedures etc.
？ Identify and analyze EE design problems to achieve optimal solutions that satisfy cost and technical requirements
？ Support design reviews, both customer and internal as required
？ Participate in project planning and meet committed timelines
？ Work with verification & validation team to develop and implement appropriate test processes, fixtures and procedures
？ Work with and involve other departments in the design process to ensure that designs are practical to manufacture and cost effective
？ Co-ordinate and manage electronics design resource
？ Follow all Health and Safety requirements
Specific Skills / Background Required (if any) 特殊技能（例如）：
？ Master or Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering or related
？ 8 years or above full lifecycle electronics product development experience with project management senses
？ Proficient in PCB design, layout & debug, expert with tools like Protel, Cadence, etc.
？ Proficient in Firmware/Software programming, such as C/C++, XML, Labview, etc,
？ Experienced in EMC testing & compliance, automated testing, as well as using standard testing equipments
？ Experience of motor controls would be preferred
？ Excellent analytical and diagnosis skills with a common sense approach to problem solving
？ Good command of spoken and written English is must
？ Team player with demonstrated commitment to growth and continuous improvement
？ Willingness to change and Can-Do attitude
