o Develop the right product strategy for the responsible market and customers
o Responsible for evaluating actions to increase revenues in the short, medium and long term, in compliance with the Fill Fee for customers.
o Responsible for applying creativity to the cosmetic products to be implemented within the innovation
o Monitor the market trends and customer behaviours. Contribute to global development of future market trends link with Corporate Strategic Marketing in HQ.
o Select the types of products/ textures the market and the positioning of reference.
o Provides all necessary information on textures.
o Proposes solutions for packaging, special effects, technology, compactness, etc.
o Produce presentations customized to the client, with the help of product creativity, on the occasion of visits of customers or trade shows and events.
o Organize training on the products
o Organize beauty events
o Prepare meeting customers selecting products with related marketing boards, an idea of cost/ price.
o In collaboration with research laboratories, any changes in texture with supplemental evidence of stability, compatibility, industrialization and so contribute to the liberalization of the formula.
o For customers of competence, will monitor each project together with the subsidiary's strategic expertise in order to realize product development which will later be followed by Operational Marketing.
o Contributes to the preparation of budget and rolling budget with the team and the operational marketing.
o Achievement of target sales budget in the responsible strategic marketing area.
o Bachelors degree or above
o About 8 years experiences in marketing or cosmetics
o Multi-national language skills
