Requirement:
1) Bachelor degree in engineering
2) 3-7 years working experience for project management in an engineering environment; experience of windmill technical environment is a plus
3) Good communication skill, able to communicate in English
4) Solid mechanical technical background. Drawings reading, mechanical system understanding
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1) In the bidding phase, analyze customer's technical requirements, prepare technical proposal and related design reviews
2) Complete the detailed designs, organize design reviews
3) Responsible for the design verification, including preparation of type test procedure, documentation of type test report
4) Working as an internal and external technical window.
5) As a project Leader, Indentify all the actives needed for achieving the project in terms of time, cost and quality
6) Define time schedule and follows the execution of the schedule
7) As the leader of the projects, coordinate engineering, purchasing, quality and industrialization team
8) Management of ECO
