1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Engineering or related field background
3.5 years technical working experience in garden equipment industry will be a plus.
Required Skills
1.Effective and affluent communication skills.
2.Affluent English communications in both oral and written.
3.Well organized in keeping notes, record and customer files, etc. Knowing and effectively using computer software such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

1.Create service documentations;
2.Service spare parts management
3.Prepare and provide training for sales representatives on understanding new products
3.Promote MTD product through providing technical training to customers and dealer.
4.Conduct technical seminars for dealers.
5.Solve customer's technical problems in using MTD products.
6.Investigate and resolve performance related product complaints.
7.Build a strong technical service force to server all dealers in Asia
