Product & AD field development Coordination

1. Creation/Management of Product Development Management Tools :

- Following Product Development Plan, create various product development management tools and databases such as Project Plan (PP), Product Development Plan (PDP), trial management process etc.

- Update & consolidate the latest product development and field testing information and communicate with the relevant functions/colleagues timely.

- Support field tours organization and coordinations

2. Development Resource Management

- Support to analyze the needs and available resource, and allocate the resource appropriately

3. Development Excellence

- Consolidate weekly report, and support to prepare team report

- join field solution team level meetings and create minutes.

- Manage field solutions SharePoint to enhance the communication and info-transfer.

- Develop/Manage team e-Archive System/database Project management support

- assist PMO (project management officer) on project tracking, project planning

- assist PMO to coordinate the data collection from field solutions members for PP, NP (Economical Analysis Tool for New Projects) entry

- communicate with FA and provide capitalization cost for projects and communicate with marketing under support of PMO Budget & Cost management

1. Establishment of Budget

- support field solutions head to establish a reliable/realistic budget together with all field solutions members

2. Department Cost Management

-Monitor and analyze the expense and FA report monthly, provide the estimated expense/forecast to field solutions head and BPA controller.

-handle whole payment management process including trial cost provisions planning, reverse, trial cost adjustment and payment and make payment summary/report

-maintain and upgrade relevant trials management tools and key stakeholders (AP, IT,FA) communication ( eg. Eworkflow, SAP, SmartBuy, YouDOC etc) Team Support

1. Support PDMs and AD managers to organize and arrange the jointed (Department level) events (e.g. regular meeting, joint field tours, team building, workshop, summary meetings etc.)

2. Visitors related support incl. visa application, flight, travelling, arrangement, etc.

3. All kinds of necessary support to maximize the efficiency of field solutions

4. Administrative support of field solutions head such as flight, Visa, reimbursement, meetings booking and other requests 

职位要求：

1. Bachelor to Master degree of science or management or education related

2. >4 years related working experience

3. Excellent computer skills, basic finance & accounting knowledge

4. Good command written and oral English

5. Team player with good communication skills

6. Well organized with good sense of time

7. Customer oriented, Overcoming complexity
