Responsibilities:
Assist to maintain a professional support in operating marketing promotion project for a well known brand of Automobile.
Maintain current, orderly and accurate customer event files.
On site visit and project route develop.
Assist in supervise the onsite decoration quality & timeline.
Collaborate with team to do the event flow management, smooth any variations occurred during the event & ensure the event outcome can be delivered as planned.
Oversee the sub-event implementation and management of whole event including any variations.(Press launch & Gala Dinner).
Coordinate in event report developing and sharing the event learning in continuously improvement.
Assist in summarizing the actual costing & following the finance process to make sure the payment transmission within the company A/C request.


Requirements:
More than 4 years BTL promotion activities experience in agencies serving clients in AUTO industry is the MUST.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and related major.
Fluent in English speaking and writing skills.
Experience in event management of the AUTO industry, Especially in Test Driving program and the CRM tour.
Proven ability to work through complex business problems, identify and execute solutions.
Very strong track record in event process, operations management and logistics.
Detail oriented and well organized.
Ability to effectively use systems/processes to measure, monitor, manage or impact performance.
Ability to maintain flexibility/openness in a rapidly changing environment.
Self-motivated showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure
