职位描述
Senior Maintenance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
To be responsible for overall manufacturing process, technical investment analysis and new product/variance enquires in engineering aspect, APQP, etc.
To maintain and develop all manufacturing engineering systems, procedures and working instructions, e.g. Engineering Handbook, set-up parameter charts, standard consumption, BOM, etc.
To be responsible for design/drawings of tooling and devices
To continuously improve process and channel performance, e.g. channel efficiency, cycle time, net output, resetting time and downtime, etc.
To develop performance of tooling consumable and abrasives for quality, process and cost improvement
To leverage engineering knowledge and departmental competency
To be responsible for tooling and spare parts warehouse management to sufficiently support operation in shop floor
To initiate and implement TPM to reduce channel down time and improve channel efficiency
To sustain preventive maintenance program and ensure corrective maintenance is performed safely, effectively, and expeditiously
To build a strong maintenance team to be the best practice including training, scheduling work assignments, performance management etc.
To utilize company resources to maximize reliability and availability of facility and developing through effective and efficiency maintenance programs
To control maintenance costs relating to personnel, purchasing, inventory control and outsourcing of repairs
To monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, equipment and initiate reordering when necessary
Required skill and working experiences:
Bachelor degree in major of mechanical or related engineering
At least 10 years of working experience in a similar manufacturing environment, in which more than 4 years managerial level
Good knowledge in grinding and metal product assembly processes
Ability to construct and implement an effective working system for engineering activities
Good knowledge in Project Management, MiniTab, Pro/E, etc.
Have design and working experience in mechatronic and automation
Strong leadership, good communication and coaching skill
Fluent in verbal and written English
