岗位职责Responsibilities：
1)协调生产、工艺及有关部门的关系，确保生产任务的落实；
Coordinate production, process and relative department to ensure the production progress meet the planning
2)每日检查生产进度，及时解决突发问题；
Daily checking the production progress and solve the NC issues in time
3)控制废品率，制定有效的管理办法；
Control the scrap rate with decent effective method
4)每日组织检查生产安全环节，并确保建立光缆高安全标准和高舒适度的工作环境；
Daily organize and check the safety status, and ensure a high level of safety and favorable working conditions for all cable operators
5)协助人力资源部门对生产一线员工进行上岗、转岗培训；
Assist HR to certificate the operator or multi-training of each process
6)定期召开工艺质量分析会议，持续提高产品质量；
Hold the process quality analysis meeting to improve the quality level periodically
7)每月统计分析材料消耗情况，及时杜绝损耗现象；
Monthly review the material efficiency to remove the overuse factors
8)改进生产工艺条件，并保证文件和程序符合ISO9001/14001的要求；
Improve the process conditions and ensure the documentation and procedure to meet the ISO9001/14001’s request
9)完成光缆总监交办的其他工作

岗位要求Requirements：
1)本科以上学历，机械或通讯及相关专业
Bachelor degree, Mechanical or communication and related specialty
2)6年以上光缆制造企业工厂管理岗位工作经验，其中至少2年以上生产管理经历
More than 6 years factory management experience in cable manufacturing industry, at least 2 year in production management
