Effectively and efficiently manage and run projects to achieve company objectives in budget, quality, time, customer satisfaction and growth of valves in water business.
TYPICAL TASKS:

?Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
?Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
?Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
?Lead team in completing tasks required to comply with company's product launch procedure and directs team's activities to ensure successful new product launches.
?Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
?Make test plan, accept criteria, direct prototype test and approve the test report.
?Check and approve technical documentation, like data sheet, O&M manual, marketing brochure etc.
?Achieve key performance metrics to measure team member's performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

?Bachelor degree in Fluid Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacture and Automation or Mechatronic Engineering (advanced degree is a plus).
?Must have proven leadership ability, as well as project management skills to develop a strong team that can execute new product introduction and existing product upgrade, while concurrently meeting specifications, costs, and timelines.
?Ability to organize, prioritize and manage the design of multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, environment.
?Fluent written and oral English.
?Familiar with pressure containing parts standard and design, like valve and pump is preferred
?Experience with CAD software, like UG, Proe, SolidWorks etc., proficient in Microsoft software
?3+ years of design experience plus 2+ years in project management experience.
?Willingly pursue higher levels of technical and managerial know-how through personal research and reading, on-the-job training and company sponsored training
