职位描述
Position: Sales & marketing director (MT member)--Cable industry
Report line: CEO
Location: Nanjing
Target: Implement the sales objectives and strategy defined by the Board.
Responsibilities:
1)Implement the strategy defined by the Board, be responsible for realizing the sales related performance targets.
2)Be responsible for marketing work related with product, including survey and analysis of market and advertisement promotion, maintain the contents of company web site.
3)Be responsible for technical service, dealing with customer complaints and measuring customer satisfaction.
4)Analyze market competition and trends,advise on product development.
5)Manage salesmen (including outside office), include audit the work planning and the travel expenses.
6)Be responsible for communication and coordination on marketing, sales and new products with other departments, especially fibre/cable production departments, logistics department and finance department.
Requirements:
1)Bachelor degree, fibre communication and related specialty
2)More than 8 years sales and management experience on fibre and cable
3) Be familiar with fibre and cable product and industry
4) Be self-motivation, creative and risk-taking
5) Be strategy eyesight and ability of problem finding/solving
6) Strong communication and negotiation skill
7)Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and good listening & speaking skill of English
