1.具有洞察及挖掘消费者需求的敏锐度；

2.发展品牌策略及产品策略，以及年度沟通策略，并协助撰写提案；

3.组织并参与内部讨论，与团队共同制定传播方案，并参与网络整合营销传播方案策略制定。

任职要求：

1.具有优秀的文字功底，广告、新闻、中文等相关专业，本科以上学历；

2.社交媒体动物，活跃于各个平台，有4A或者social广告公司经验优先

3.广告或数字行业有2-3年策略策划经验者；

4.具有独立完成策略案的策划能力，有较好的客户服务意识和技巧；

5.有较强的理论分析能力，对品牌理论有一定的研究，擅长整体策划及文案撰写者优先。
