工作和职责

• 软件开发设计，从初始的需求和用例到软件设计，实现，测试到最终交付。
• 将具体的业务需求转换成代码模块和系统文档。
• 系统缺陷修复和新功能的开发
• 与团队成员一起参与项目计划会议，演示会议和站会。

技术需求

• Java/JavaEE, Python 或者C++的实际项目开发经验。熟悉Spring，SpringMVC等web服务开发框架
• 数据库开发经验，例如 Oracle，SQL Server......
• 熟悉软件工程原理和面向对象设计
• 基础的英文阅读写作能力

以下技能加分

• 熟悉ML框架，例如 TensorFlow，Keras，scikit-learn......
• 熟悉Spark，Hadoop等大数据存储运算框架
• 了解NLP，ML，DL等模型搭建和原理，例如 BERT，LSTM，CNN，word2Vec，TF-IDF......
• 了解CD/CI环境和单元测试方法
• 了解Git的使用

  

实习时长：尽快到岗，可实习三个月以上（四个月及以上优先考虑），实习到年底有留用机会哦~

JOB DESCRIPTION

– EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proven skills in software design with a flair for designing with real users in mind, from initial concepts and storyboards to software design/implementation/testing
• Translating business and technical requirements into detailed design specifications for application code and modules.
• Making moderate to complex modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with written specifications and application standards.
• Developing software application modules by following disciplined software development processes.
• Participating in project planning sessions with team members to analyze requirements.
• Providing design recommendations, developing and integrating programs per written specifications.

  

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

– TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Hands on experience with JavaEE related technologies e.g. Spring, XML/JSON, JDBC, Web Service and MVC frameworks, python is a plus.
• Good database development experience, e.g. Oracle, SQL Server…
• Good understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented design
• Familiar with ML framework, e.g. TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn …
• Familiar with Spark, Hadoop.
• Better to have NLP, ML, DL, e.g. BERT, LSTM, CNN, word2Vec, TF-IDF...
• Hands on experience in Unit Testing and CI/CD env.
• Familiar with version control system GIT.
• Good English reading/writing capability is required
