Job Description:
- Technical discussion with customer;
- Technical coordination internal & external;
- Lead and coordinate the design team;
- Lead and coordinate external design resources;
- Create, coordinate, present documentation;
- Leading international teams;
- Understand complex design issues and is able to involve the relevant departments in time;
- Maintain overall design schedule and cost;
Job requirements:
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with more than 3 years lighting product experience, knows and is working to Hella procedures;
- Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
- Catia V5 are preferred;
- Knowledge in Design with plastics material, tooling and assembling;
- Knowledge in Design systematic;
- Good communication, coordination and team spirit and excellent ability to solve problems independently;
- Quality methods, Project management methods;
