职位描述

Essential Responsibilities:

? Develop a Sales Team having a thorough understanding of product designs and markets for China manufacturing.

? Lead primary and secondary research projects to define business growth opportunities.

? Develop an overview market assessment report for each core market. The market assessment report will be used to help support stage gate activity and define strategic projects.

? Create and maintain a database of data that is collected to support the assessment reports. (i.e. competitive brochures, articles, etc.).

? Summarize research and present action plans to management quarterly, or as requested. Action plans define growth opportunities, strategy for entering market, market competitors, project timing, volume, value, and margins.

? Track all relevant industry and government requirements for all markets (domestic and international) and current and potential products. Maintain database for relevant requirements.

? Direct supervision of Sales and Marketing Team.

? Develop both short and long range performance objectives for the sales team with appropriate measures to grade level of success on objectives.

? Team leads initial sample definition, communication of sample needs back in to the organization, and coordinates supply of initial samples to customers.

? Establish and maintain Sales and Marketing budget.

? Stay abreast of new technologies that can enhance safety and increase value of our products/processes.

? Be ready and willing to address any immediate issue as it occurs even though it may not fall directly into your assigned area(s). Be a flexible, solid team player and apply sound common sense to the issue.

? Help facilitate a teamwork atmosphere by spending time on the production floor, be honest and straightforward, listen to and solicit ideas from the production employees/managers.

? Negotiate resource allocations from internal managers. When a resource conflict occurs, negotiate a solution with other internal mangers. Define work break-down structure from inputs provided by other functions, estimate required time from all disciplines, creating schedule, rationalizing internal schedule to customer schedule, and resolve major timing issues between internal and customer schedules.


EDUCATION
Must hold a University degree preferably in a technical related field - Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE
A minimum of five years of experience in related fields and two years as a manager in related fields is required. Experience in IMMI product types is strongly desired.
