职位描述

The role is responsible for :

  • Plans and leads delivery of sales direct/B2B activities, driving business to maximise profitable growth of brands with a focus on premium products, and sharing standard methodology across the teams.
  • Implements strategic business plans to support direct sales operations, using market insights, and works collaboratively to secure financial approval for deals.
  • Actively tracks, contacts and develops existing and potential accounts, and builds partnerships and relationships with large customers to maximise value for both parties.
  • Takes responsibility for the management and growth of customers' volume, and supports negotiations with customers and suppliers to optimise costs and maximise viability and profitability of new offers, re-negotiating where necessary.
  • Leads a team to achieve planned financial performance for the region, providing effective leadership, direction, coaching and mentoring to improve team capabilities. In line with continuous conversations, have regular clear and constructive dialogue with team members to support performance and career development.
  • Ensures personal and team compliance with BP's Code of Conduct and models BP's Values & Behaviours.

We expect candidates to have:

  • Bachelor degree with overall 8-10 years working experience. More than 5 years OEM/Key Account management experience which should be related to automotive OEM industry;
  • Proven track record of driving growth in a very high-reaching market environment;
  • Working experience in Lubes industry is preferred
  • Good understanding of industry trends and OEM Value chain, particularly automotive workshop business operation, etc.
  • Good implementation capability and account management capabilities
  • Coordination skill to ensure the team work of various partners in delivery of effective trade-up programs.
  • Able to translate customer needs into customer propositions, and to sell into the customer and business in a persuasive way
  • Able to communicate in English
