职位职能: 生产经理/车间主任
职位描述:
Job Description:
1) Responsible for daily production management ,warehouse management and equipments maintenance.
2) Keep high efficiency production activity by the cooperation with QC and supply Chain
3) Ensure to finish monthly turnover by following the daily production process. KPI statistic and analyzing.
4) Improve production efficiency, create and check standard hour for coating line, and also standard the shift output.
5) Good organize at production management, good organizing at overtime reduce energy cost.
6) According to material flow, develop the fixed location management to components, pallet and packed cargo.
7) Start 5s activity to develop employee's consciousness and other relative management activity.
8) Keep clean of whole factory including workshop and warehouse
9) Other different tasks, assignments, etc by VGM.
10) Directly report to VGM

Requirement:
1) Good English speaking and writing
2) Min.5years work experience regarding production management or machining& mechanical background
3) Good at KPI statistic and analyzing,
4) Good at ERP system using for production planning creating and following
5) Have 5S knowledge and good work shop site management to keep organize and cleaning always.
6) 30-45years old
7) Team working
