Job Description SLC CIPO Project Associate Beijing MissionResponsible for the implementation of Siemens internal projects with category S(mall) and assist the implementation of the larger projects regarding internal digitalization and process optimization. Meanwhile support the function head to manage the team operation.What are my responsibilities?1. Manage the category S project regarding internal digitalization and process optimization as project manager and take the full responsibility of the project result.2. Assist the larger project implementation e.g. documentation management, process management and specific project tasks execution etc.3. Support the function head to manage the team operation e.g. financial management, event management etc.What do I need to qualify for this job?§ Project management backgroundpreferred;§ Data analytics or IT background preferred.§ Good English, both written and oral; Good PPT designing and Excel skill;§ Strong analysis and summary capability; § Good communication and team working attitude even in the stressful conditions sometimes.
