Responsibilities:

1.      Ensure the accuracy of books  and records according to the groups IAS and statutory accounting principles,  Bureau Veritas administrative procedures and local group standards

2.      Responsible for maintaining  local book keeping using FIN soft and for completing filing work independently

3.      Prepare local book reports and  monthly statistic filing independently, and assist with monthly tax filing

4.      In charge of inter-group  reconciliation to ensure that all accounts are reconciled timely and properly

5.      Provide needed information  (routine financial reporting and special request)

6.      Assist with tax authorities on  annual audit, tax filing, tax inspections, etc.

7.      Ensure the protection of company  assets according to defined guidelines

8.      Cooperate with other functions  on varies requirements

Requirements:

1.  Bachelor above with major in Finance & Accounting, CPA/ACCA is preferred

2. + 5 yrs working experience, including 2 years GL experience  in Multinational Companies

3. Familiar with PRC taxation, accounting, and regulations

4. Good knowledge of ERP application to financial accounting,  JDE is preferred

5. Self-motivated and patient with good coordination skill

6. Good communication & negotiation
