- Perform regulatory activities based on company's strategy: - Contribute in project planning and decision making, able to lead the project independently. - Conduct regulatory gap analysis and provide regulatory advice, where required. - Prepare the regulatory submissions for registration of new products, variations and re-registrations to marketed products, where required

- Prepare responses to deficiency letters and ensure that these and other datarequirements are submitted to regulatory authorities within the stipulated or agreed timeframes

- Critically analyze data packages for regulatory compliance and identify discrepancies in data presented and request additional data.

- Performdevelopment activities where required during registration process: - Conduct quality review test at authorities, incl. specification and test procedure preparation, discussion, analytical material preparation and in-process supporting to authorities

- Coordinate, and communicate, activities in China with Development Region International sub-function heads and Regional RA coordinator.

- Maintain, update and archive the submission sets together with approved product documents inaccordance with relevant regulations and company SOPs. Process in PHARAO and BASICS within timeframe required by HO. Apply the internal local change management after regulatory approval in order to ensure continued Regulatory Compliance. Maintain and update the database within time frame

- Check label/ Promotional material contents where required following company SOP, submit advertisement for regulatory approval where required by MoA, and proceed the ICM process following company guideline.

- Maintain contact with authorities, associations and officials to determine regulatory requirements, ensure compliance with the regulations and expedite approvals. Track related announcements, regulations and policies at official website, to maintain an up to date knowledge to ensure prompt and professional response to queries relating to company products and provide regulatory advice as required.

- Work with LPC for contract and agreement review, strictly following company guideline or SOPs.

- Provide regulatory support to related functions and or countries, where required.

- Deputy LRAO, to support tasks and assume responsibility in the absence of the LRAO

Deputy LDSR, to support tasks and assume responsibility in the absence of the LDSR according to BAH-RD-SOP-0245. Conduct any other related duties as required.

- Bachelor degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Vet., English or a related discipline.

- Experienced in regulatory affairs, minimum 5 years of RA working experience.

- Good interpersonal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize.

- Ability to act on own initiative as well as part of team.

- Fluent in written English.
