职位描述

  1. Be the focal point/reference regarding the topic of People Administration for Safran entities in China
  2. Issue Labor Contract/Service Agreement/Internship Agreement/Modifications/Renewal/Off-boarding etc, and coordinate with Fesco/CIIC/payroll/administration manager etc…
  3. Handle regular reporting to Safran HQ & Safran China HRD
  4. Be the backup for the payroll management
  5. Be in charge of some C&B and analysis projects
  6. Manage the healthcare topics for Safran China and entities
  7. Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights
  8. Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws
  9. Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement
  10. Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them
  11. Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth
  12. Monitors and advises managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the company. Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees
  13. Reviews, guides, and approves management recommendations for employment terminations
  14. Leads the implementation of company safety and health programs. Monitors the tracking of OSHA-required data
  15. Reviews employee appeals through the company complaint procedure.
  16. Manage the different policies of Safran China and entities and assist the HRD in establishing new policies and rules for the company
  17. Establish/harmonize employee handbook
  18. The management can at any time modify the Job Description according to the needs/priorities of the company
